  • 1/four cup floor flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/four teaspoon floor nutmeg
  • 1/eight teaspoon floor cloves
  • 1 and 1/four cups milk
  • 1/four cup molasses
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup (or brown sugar)
  • 1 Tablespoon melted coconut oil (or butter)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon Vanilla Syrup

Directions

  1. Preheat a griddle to medium warmth. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, flax seed, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves; put aside.
  2. In one other bowl whisk collectively the milk, molasses, egg, brown sugar, coconut oil and vanilla extract.  Pour into the dry substances and stir, leaving some lumps remaining within the batter.
  3.
